Key question: What are the barriers to development in LEDC's?
Analyse the current state of development in your target country.
Identify domestic barriers to development
Propose one strategy to improve development: Nationally or regionally.

Briefly and generally explain the causes and impacts of reduced development in LEDC's.
The causes and impacts can be economic, social, environmental and political.
Explain the significant consequences of the development gap for the poor in developing countries
2. Country introduction - 200 words
Outline the current status of development in your country using a range of indicators.
Briefly outline the general impacts of lack of development in your country using the indicators, government and non-government reports and media articles.
Introduce your country with maps and indicator table
Briefly describe development issues specific to the country
3. Development barriers - 300 words
What are the domestic barriers to development? - use references and quotes. Be specific.
Consider a minimum of three factors.
Use indicator data and visual resources to support and illustrate your analysis
4. Improving development - 300 words
Propose a strategy to improve development in your country, it may be an improvement of existing programs or an entirely new strategy.
The recommended strategy must reflect one or more issues identified in Part 2 of the country profile.
Expected benefits of proposed solution - IE increased GNI, skills and investment
You may consider a national or regional solution.
Present your research as a multimodal presentation or report.
